I attempt to buy gems in my game clash of clans but i recieve a bill of purchase and i even don't recieve what i was trying to buy.

PLease help me. I have attemt to buy gems to my clash of clans but i recieve into my email a billing that i purchase the items but actually i didn't even recieved the items and then why i have a bill that i purchase i dnt even have the items.
